Impact’17 Panel Discussion: “Where’s the Money Today?”

At the Impact’17 Conference, Radzym Wojcik moderated a panel discussion about VC investments (including FinTech) with a very strong line-up, featuring Nenad Marovac (DN Capital, London); Daniel Star (Pitango Ventures, Warsaw / Israel), Michael Steunkel (Lakestar, Hong Kong), Andrew Romans (Rubicon Venture Capital, San Francisco & New York) and Marek Dietl (CEO of the Warsaw Stock Exchange)

Impact’17 was held in Krakow, Poland from 31 May to 1 June 2017.

Radzym Wójcik is an associate in the Firm’s Warsaw office and a member of the Mergers & Acquisitions group. He routinely works on corporate acquisitions and disposals, and advises foreign companies in their investments in Poland as well as Polish companies in their expansion in foreign markets.

Impact’17: Future Alphabet and Legal Predictions

At the Impact’17 Conference, Jakub Falkowski delivered a keynote speech about the new ABCD of technology and the future of regulations with regard to new technologies (including FinTech).

Jakub Falkowski is an associate in the IP/IT department of Baker McKenzie, Warsaw. He has been involved in several IT transactions and arbitration proceedings. Mr. Falkowski regularly advises on technology and outsourcing transactions and counsels companies in the media and technology sectors on digital media issues.
